Opening Our Heart Space

Our  heart is the most precious thing we have. It gives us life and it  enables us to love and receive love. The heart is also the place where  the soul resides. With an open heart, we let our soul shine brighter and  touch others. If we listen to our heart, we can hear our soul.

But how much connection do we really have to our heart?

Are we listening to the guidance of the heart?

In  this week’s session we will lovingly connect to our heart and listen to  what our soul wants to tell us. We open our heart and meet the  heaviness that may be there with grace and forgiveness so that it can be  transformed into lightness and joy. We  will practice a simple heart breathing technique and you will be guided  through a meditation journey where we invite high healing frequencies  to help us heal that which our heart wants to heal.
