Every part of our being is significantly influenced by our home environment. Our well-being and the home are interactive, interconnected and interdependent.
The Holistic Home Approach takes into consideration the aspects affecting our health and well-being in the home as they relate to our body, mind, soul, environment and space.
This week Ana will discuss the individual aspects with concrete examples, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions about these principles and improving your home.
