One moment you're full of energy, feeling very social and making plans for the weekend ahead, but then a couple of days later your feelings have changed and the last thing you want to do is go out and socialise, preferring instead to curl up with a good book and have some quiet time. Or you ́re full of creative ideas, you might even be feeling romantic, then another switch happens and your feeling sensitive and vulnarable, Sounds familiar?

The reasons why women’s emotions tend to fluctuate has to do with the 11 moon centres that every woman has in different locations in her body, and which are set at birth. Each centre is active for 2.5 days over a 28 day cycle. The eleven moon centres are not following the astrological signs, nor the menstruation cycle. 

They are called moon centres because, just like the moon, our Moon Centres ebb and flow and are ever changing

In this weeks forum we will be sharing more in depth each of the Moon Centres in our body, and explore our possible reactions when a particular centre is activated and how to mind ourselves in it.
