Firstly, we recognize our own responsibility for creating the events in our life, then you are ready to apply the healing mantra of Ho'oponopono, repeating the  process until negativity is replaced by self love, inner peace and harmony.  The word Ho'ponopono translates as "to move things back into balance", or "to make things right", and the process allows you through visualization and mantras to removes burdens, and blockages and allow deep healing to take place. What better time to let go and remove negative memories that may be preventing you from moving forward than the start of a new year.
