This week we will look to the practice of opening our hearts and minds to the positive forces of love, wisdom, and compassion, allowing them to illuminate the darker corners of our lives, moving away from ignorance, fear, and negativity, and stepping into clarity, peace, and inner strength. By inviting light into our being, we cultivate a deeper connection to our true selves and the universe, fostering a sense of purpose, healing, and transformation.
