There  are 8 different phases of the moon which can affect our energy, the way  we feel and our emotions. By learning to connect with the moons energy  and incorporating certain practices throughout the moons monthly cycle,  we can gain a greater understanding of how the moons cycles affect us as  individuals and harness that energy to help us to live a more  purposeful life, manifesting our dreams.
