How to tell the Whole Truth – a tool to heal conflict and negative emotions with a loved one

When we are in conflict or disconnect with someone we love - a partner, dear friend, child or parent - we can get stuck in a particular emotion, whether that is anger, hurt, sadness, fear or regret. In order to re-establish our loving connection we must first move through that stuck emotional state to regain our loving connection. One way to do this is by learning to process the layers of feelings that bock us.

In this week’s Wisdom Witches, we will explore how to move through difficult emotions by using a tool called the Love Letter Process, a technique developed by John Gray, author ofMen are from Mars, Women are from Venus. By better understanding the role emotions play and how we can keep moving the energy, we are better able to communicate our respect, appreciation and love to those we value, including ourselves!
