Yoga Nidra is a powerful guided meditation technique that invites you into a state of conscious deep rest and profound relaxation. Rooted in ancient wisdom and now supported by modern science, this practice offers a pathway to wholeness, self‑transformation, and healing across many layers of being.
In this session, we’ll explore what Yoga Nidra is, the benefits it can bring, and then journey together through a guided practice.
Please prepare a comfortable space where you can lie down. A mat, sofa, or bed. Have a blanket and pillows nearby, so you can be completely at ease. This is an effortless practice, and your comfort is essential.
Yoga Nidra is both a practice and a state of consciousness; an invitation to rest deeply, awaken gently, and reconnect with yourself.
