As we press pause once again, let's celebrate a year of growth and learning. Through thoughtful reflection and key questions, we'll assess our current position and chart the course for the future on our life's journey.

It’s essential to understand yourself at a deeper level. Self-awareness and a little soul searching is critical for success in all areas of our lives. Taking time for self-reflection about our life and learnings leads to greater self-awareness which in turn leads to self-improvement. In addition, having a strong sense of self improves your confidence and level of self-esteem.

In this forum, we will use discussion and questions within the breakout rooms to bring attention to where we could focus more to grow and radiate at a higher frequency.
