Welcome back, after our summer break.

For our first forum session back, we’re going to slow down, reconnect and recalibrate. We’ll begin with a longer guided meditation to create space for stillness, reflection and inner connection, before exploring where we are on our life journey — what has shifted, what we’re ready to release, and what we want to realign with as we move into the next chapter.
