Mother and Child Wellness Day

Our mother and child day retreat will offer a unique opportunity for you to connect deeply with your son or daughter, disconnecting from daily routines and building stronger bonds through shared experiences with outdoor activities, music, mindfulness, movement and of course, screen-free time. The key focus is connection - our day will prioritise quality time and activities designed to foster a deeper connection between you and your son or daughter. We would like to include children between the ages of 6-12, mothers or grandmothers of any age! Lunch and healthy snacks will be provided. Places will be limited to six mums with one child.

Here's a breakdown of what to expect from a mother/child day: 

• Outdoor Activities: We may incorporate (weather dependent) wild crafts, and exploring nature, physical activity and mindful connection between each other and the environment.
