Letting go in November | Weekly Forum Monday 7pm

November is a cosmic invitation to go inward, reflect and feel what is buried beneath the surface. When the sun is moving through the sign of Scorpio, it gives us the opportunity for profound transformation and change. When we give ourselves time to turn within and be honest with ourselves, we might be surprised at what comes up that we hold on to and is no longer serving us. This time of year can feel heavy for many, but when we embrace it and follow its rhythm, we can come out with less baggage and more self-awareness.

In this week’s forum, we will explore the quality of this time of year and how we can tune into it and utilise its energy. We will intuitively journal on a few questions to determine what we want to let go of. We will then finish the session with a meditation journey to further assist the process of letting go.
