Dip & Drum June 2024

Join us for another of our fantastic   Drum & Dip Day retreats to celebrate the up and coming Summer and the joy of living with water, sound and nature.

Lets enjoy a cold water dip in the beautiful scottish waters together after we start with a beautiful cacoa meditation. 

Yoga and movement will warm us up after our dip before lunch, vegetarian burger cooked on the BBQ followed be toasted marshmallows

In the afternoon we will dance, drum and sing while we connect around the fire  with each other and nature in a celebration of life.
