Breast health and caring for our breasts is not something we are taught much about. Often we are only given a fear based approach of checking the breasts to see if something is "wrong". Yet there is so much going on in this place in our bodies ~ physically, emotionally and spiritually. In working with hundreds of women over the years I have found that this can be one of the most tender and under cared for areas of our female bodies. And a place of great empowerment when we reconnect.

In this weeks forum we are going to delve into what breast care actually is, what it looks like, and why it is important. I am going to share some helpful tools to support breast health, and offer invitations for developing a loving connection with your breasts.

On a foundational level, my approach to breast care is bringing nourishment and love to our female bodies so we can feel more at home within them.
