Forgetting the calendar and believing that it's always a Sunday.

To connect, to grow, to share and just be.

To loving yourself and making self love count.

Smiling and giving thanks for everything and everyone.

Our afternoons will include:

-Meditation

-Mindfulness

-Grounding and energy work

-Chanting, drumming and movement

-Blue Lotus Tea and nibbles
